Growthium provides edtech courses (including but not limited to Cybersecurity, Digital Marketing, and AI Tools & Automation), website and app development, digital marketing, SEO, business consultancy, and related services to students and businesses.

3. Enrollment & Payments

• Course fees, project costs, and consultancy charges are as communicated at the time of booking and are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice; existing enrollments are not affected by future price changes.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Refund eligibility depends on the specific course, project, or service and will be communicated at the time of purchase or in the service agreement. Requests should be sent to growthium.app@gmail.com and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Client & Project Responsibilities

For web/app development, consultancy, and similar project-based services, clients are responsible for providing accurate requirements, timely feedback, and necessary access/credentials. Delays caused by the client may extend project timelines accordingly.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, website content, designs, logos, and branding on growthium.app are the property of Growthium and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written permission. Deliverables for client projects are transferred to the client only upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed.

7. Code of Conduct

Students and clients are expected to engage respectfully with Growthium's team and fellow learners. We reserve the right to suspend access to courses or services in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

Growthium provides its services on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee specific outcomes (such as job placement or business results) from our courses or consultancy. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our services may involve or link to third-party platforms (e.g. payment gateways, hosting providers, WhatsApp). We are not responsible for the performance or policies of these third parties.
